Northwoods Forest School

Team

Our Student-to-Guide ratio is considered for instruction, safety, and professionalism.

All of our Teachers and  Guides have secondary education certifications and/or degrees, have thorough background checks, and have current first aid training (including Wilderness). They are nature-based teaching certified and have a commitment to Northwoods policies, procedures, and core values.  Our parent-volunteers are thoroughly-reviewed school family parents, are trained in NWFS  policies & procedures, and pass background checks as well, we are very diligent in making sure your child is offered a safe and secure atmosphere as best as we can!
